As an Affiliate Partner, you will leverage your online presence and network to introduce businesses to Mheelion's innovative website design and development services, along with the powerful Business Management & Tools platform. You'll earn generous commissions by generating qualified leads and successful referrals that convert into paying clients, empowering local businesses to thrive in the digital age. This is a flexible, performance-based role ideal for those passionate about digital solutions and building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Promote Mheelion: Strategically share Mheelion's value proposition and service offerings with your audience through various online channels (blogs, social media, email newsletters, etc.).
Generate Qualified Leads: Utilize your unique tracking links or codes to drive traffic to Mheelion's website and generate leads interested in website design, development, and the Business Management & Tools platform.
Build Relationships: Network with potential clients and industry partners to identify businesses that can benefit from Mheelion's services.

2. Mheelion Sales Representative
Job summary
Mheelion is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our innovative website design, development, and Business Management & Tools platform solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and guiding local businesses through a seamless transition to a powerful online presence. This role offers two distinct tiers, allowing you to align your career path with your experience and aspirations within Mheelion.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities through outbound efforts (cold calling, email prospecting, social selling) and warm leads provided by Mheelion.
Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation: Identify client needs, present Mheelion's solutions (website packages, Business Management & Tools platform), and demonstrate their value in addressing client pain points and achieving business objectives.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and successfully close sales deals, ensuring a positive experience for clients while meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs in web development, AI, and digital marketing to adapt sales strategies effectively.
CRM Management: Utilize Mheelion's CRM system to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications

3. Mheelion: Health Account Representative
Job Summary:
Mheelion is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Health Account Representative to drive sales and build partnerships within the healthcare sector. In this commission-based role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding pharmacies, clinics, and private practices as clients. Your primary goal is to educate healthcare professionals on how Mheelion's web design services and "Rent a Business Page" tiers can enhance their digital presence and streamline patient interactions, ultimately leading to increased client acquisition for Mheelion. This is a crucial role for scaling our business within a new vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads by actively researching and targeting potential healthcare partners, including pharmacies, private medical practices, and clinics, through networking, online research, and outbound calls.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, such as practice managers, clinic administrators, and pharmacy owners, to understand their business needs and demonstrate the value of Mheelion's services.
Present and demonstrate Mheelion's web design services, with a specific focus on the features and benefits of the HIPAA-compliant "Rent a Business Page" for healthcare providers.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery to contract negotiation and closing sales for both one-off full web design services and ongoing "Rent a Business Page" subscriptions.
Serve as a Mheelion brand ambassador by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our reach within the healthcare community.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using a CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless client onboarding experience and ensure a successful handoff after the sale is complete.
Stay informed of healthcare industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings to position Mheelion effectively in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, ideally selling technology or services to the healthcare or medical industry.
Experience with commission-based sales and a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
Strong understanding of web design principles and digital marketing concepts.
Experience with HIPAA regulations and their implications for healthcare technology is a significant plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently to manage a sales territory and pipeline.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation Structure:
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is directly tied to the achievement of sales targets and successful onboarding of new healthcare partners.
