Trump Asks Israeli President To “Fully Pardon Benjamin Netanyahu”

U.S President Donald Trump, has written a formal letter to the President of Israel, Isaac Herzog, asking him to “fully pardon” Benjamin Netanyahu, accused by the International Criminal Court of committing war crimes in Gaza, and is the subject of international arrest warrants.

The circulating letter is undated, however the Israeli President confirmed on Wednesday November 12, that he had received the request in which the American President lauded Netanyahu as being “a formidable and decisive War Time Prime Minister” and that the case against him is “political, unjustified prosecution."
