Trump Asks Israeli President To “Fully Pardon Benjamin Netanyahu”

U.S President Donald Trump, has written a formal letter to the President of Israel, Isaac Herzog, asking him to “fully pardon” Benjamin Netanyahu, accused by the International Criminal Court of committing war crimes in Gaza, and is the subject of international arrest warrants.

The circulating letter is undated, however the Israeli President confirmed on Wednesday November 12, that he had received the request in which the American President lauded Netanyahu as being a formidable and decisive War Time Prime Minister” and that the case against him is “political, unjustified prosecution."

Turkey Issues Arrest Warrant Against Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu For Genocide

On Friday, November 7, 2025, the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in Turkey issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and many other senior Israeli officials.

The warrants are based on accusations of "genocide and crimes against humanity" allegedly perpetrated systematically by Israel in the Gaza Strip.

Besides Netanyahu, the list of targeted individuals includes Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz, National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, and Army Chief Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir. The full list of 37 individuals has not been publicly revealed.
